Honestly the best experience I've had at a fast food place; the interior is really nice, the lighting is very decorative and there is plenty of space to walk around, it doesn't feel too tight and it still leaves plenty of seating. Not to mention the cleanliness of the area itself, not a spot left on the tables, the floor, the seats, the entire building is spotless. No complaints regarding the service whatsoever, the food was ready sooner than expected and was received without any trouble. Leslie who takes your order at the window will ask you to repeat something three or more times claiming that she can't hear you when you are speaking clearly and at a normal volume, then she'll mess up your order or make you park for 10 minutes and sometimes both. She always has a smirk when you pull up as if she is entertaining herself by irritating the customers. Advice to management take her off of drive-thru I don't think I'm coming back this is the third time already that she's done this. No one has ever had a problem hearing me or getting my order correct and out quickly until now.

Everything about Jack-in-the-Box is just fine except for their Jumbo Jack burger. It is way too expensive and way too disgusting. I have no problem with their chicken sandwiches and they’re newer, more expensive burgers are really good. The fries are really good and I like the tacos.
