There’s a first time for everything. I never thought I’d see the day that I’d be leaving a bad review on Google let alone for Chick Fil A, but here we are. The first photo is my LARGE fry order and the second is what they call “making it right”. Both insane portion sizes in the worst way. This is, unfortunately, a very common occurrence with Chick Fil A as of late. It genuinely feels like they are trying to get away with ripping you off. Ridiculous.

I’m not sure who was in the kitchen cooking food tonight but it was horrible. Nuggets were overcooked and so hard to the point we couldn’t eat them. Btw someone thought it was appropriate to give my child this (photo attached below). Like who in there right mind though whatever that suppose to be is appropriate to give someone. Get it together evening shift 6/17/26!! We will not be back anytime soon.

Chick fil A on Simpsonville Main Street. I overlooked the fact I received 11 bits and pieces of grilled chicken nuggets instead of 12 and came back a few months later for a Cool Chicken Wrap. It used to be my favorite item. In addition to the missing Avocado dressing it contained more tortilla than filling. It was not a Cool Wrap. It was a half empty wrap with minimal chicken filling and a couple of straggly pieces of lettuce. Disappointed again. Friendly place but cutbacks in the food makes for a dismal experience.

I went here today after having a bad day and one of the staff members saw I wasn't in a good mood and offered to buy me a milkshake. The kindness of that employee made me start tearing up. I wasn't able to get the milkshake because people in the car behind me started yelling at me to leave the line after I had gotten my order but not the milkshake and I got too stressed out to stay and wait, but I am incredibly grateful to that employee who made my day a little better by showing me that there's still kind people in the world. I'm very sorry they wasted their money and I hope they get a raise.
