Both sandwiches ordered were wrong, and what we got was less than what we paid for. Called the store and the phone picked up and said, "No one is available to take your call. Goodbye." Tried again during a less busy time and got the same message. So I went online and filled out the survey detailing our experience. NO response from BK whatsoever. I guess it's ok with them to rip people off and give no recourse. Pathetic.

So I ordered my food through DoorDash because my car is in the shop. I can’t go anywhere. They forgot my Hershey pie and then they forgot a straw like come on now guys you need to get your stuff together and start reading. The order is more accurately.

This is s the WORST burger king in the area. Went last Saturday and there was an event going on at the tyson events center. ( i think it was over a while before we showed up cuz the parking lot wasn't that full at tyson) Waited about 25 min for 1 cheeseburger and 1 cheeseburger kids meal with no pickles in the drive thru . 4 cars behind me left. I would have left but I couldn't cancel my order since it was placed online. This place could not keep up on a semi busy night. When I got my order I checked it at the drive thru and both my burgers had pickles. Had to tell the girl at the drive thru
