I have nothing but great things to say about the new Chick Fil A location on Hamilton! I love the Mobile order line option which speeds up the time we receive our order so we dont have to wait in the long line of cars to get our food! It was such a great idea! The employees are always so friendly and the food is great! I am so happy the brought a second location to Sioux City!

This chick-fil-a is great. Clean and friendly associates. Prices are good. I live in Illinois and I will always come here on my visits. Chick-fil-a has great ideas and promotes the kindness. I love the idea of worshipping the Lord on Sunday by closing the doors and giving all a chance to serve our Lord.

I love coming here but service has been on decline. Today I went for breakfast, ordered two chicken biscuits, and they completely messed up my order. They gave me a spicy chicken biscuit and a 4 piece chicken minis :/

Normally when you go to chic fil a, you expect fast workers who care about their job but this place don’t. Got in line, ordered my food. When I got to the window, may I mention. I was the only one in like other then one other mobile order. They were all in there just chatting away, didn’t acknowledge us at all. Ladies were talking and saying they were scaring the customers, the one worker replied the customers are scaring me. I get they were joking but that’s not professional at all. Also the workers were not wearing gloves while bagging my food and touched my fries barehanded. That’s not prof
