Horrible service. I waited by the window and the young man working in the establishment never acknowledged that I was even at the window. I called the number to tell them I was waiting at the window when a young woman stated that unless there was a sign that said drive thru only I would be served. She told me she would call the workers as she was not there. The young man walked pass me yet another 3 or 4 times and no acknowledgement. I called the business line again and was sent to voicemail. I don't know if this is suitable for them or if they are just part of the I don't care culture but tru

I gave 5 stars because it was worth the wait. I was not in a rush. My husband and I are in a hotel outta town. So, I wasn't in a hurry and I wanted a snowball. But the wait was VERY long. I saw while waiting possibly 30-45 min at least 3 - 4 cars leave from waiting. Maybe they were short handed. This was my first time. I hated it for them to lose the business! Im all for small businesses. I would hope they would also figure a way for better parking/drive thru. Because their business could double or even triple! If they had someone taking orders outside and getting it to the workers inside coul
