The Good Kitchen offers many vegetarian meals but also options to add protein like salmon, chicken and beef if so desired. We ordered Thai Stir Fry bowl with chicken, Thai Zoodle Bowl with Salmon, Birtia Scramble with Beef, Tomato Basil Soup, Pancake Chips, Toasted Coconut Latte, Matcha Straberry Latte, Non-alcoholic pina colada. All the food dishes were tasty and the latte and pina colada was delicious. Our dining experience was topped with great service.

Stopped by the Good Kitchen, Smryna today for breakfast. Ordered the Churro Latte’ for the first time and truly enjoyed it. Typically such handcrafted beverages have a lot of sweetness to it however this was perfectly done. Had a lil bit of wait time since it started getting busier. The veggie bowl and the keto bowl was adequate in terms of serving size. Would definitely return for the Coffee.

Such a gem! ✨ I had lunch at Good Kitchen in Smyrna with my bestie and we loved it. The menu has so many healthy and delicious options - it was honestly hard to choose. Everything we tried was super yummy, so we’ll definitely be back soon to try more! Bonus points for the amazing service - they even let us sit and chat for about 20 minutes after closing before we realized they were actually closed 😂 That’s hospitality! Highly recommend ❤️

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat in Smyrna, but unfortunately the quality and attention to detail have declined while prices remain high. My Uber Eats orders have been especially disappointing lately. In my most recent order, the Wellness Broth “bowl” was sent in a simple small paper cup with a coffee lid and wasn’t even placed in a bag. It arrived leaking and partially spilled, with very few vegetables. The delivery driver was riding a motorcycle, which makes proper packaging even more important to prevent spills during transport…
