I went here on May 1st for dinner. I ordered a famous bowl and the Mac and cheese bowl. I was informed they don’t sell the Mac and cheese bowl anymore by the worker. I then ordered an eight piece chicken meal. He ring me up for a ten piece meal. I took it because my family can eat it all so I didn’t mind. I started to fix my family plates and as soon as I pick up the chicken one piece fell right out the skin. The others had soggy crust. The famous bowl nuggets were burnt. I ordered original chicken not extra crispy but I thought it would’ve still been crispy. None of the chicken was crispy. I

What a disgusting place🤮🤢 Door glass, sticky floor, soda machine, counter and credit machine are all sticky and dirty If that’s the lobby, dining area, I don’t want to imagine how the kitchen look. Ordered corn and Mac n cheese as my sides and the bowls were not even full. Now I get why lately the parking lot is empty most of the time. And some employees were so rude, like they don’t want to be there 🤦🏻‍♀️

I just recently left the location doing a DoorDash order for two pick ups and customer service was unnecessarily, rude and disrespectful. Very aggressive not presentable and when I ask about customer service number or corporate, she asked me for what I said for your service and she said do what you want. I understand we all have bad days, but if you are unhappy with where you work, you should not be there. Mental health days are real whoever is running this restaurant should be aware and Do better

I don't know exactly is the problem but something taste off on them. I don't know if it's the sauce or perhaps they were old or something. I'll break it down to my experience in trying these new 12 pc. Saucy Nuggets . The Chipolte Ranch was very salty. Not good at all. But can taste the smoky flavor but was unpleasant to me. Had an after taste. The Mango Habanero was ok but man if you looking for heat. This will deliver. There's noting really sweet about it them. Flavorful but just really spicy. The Honey Garlic was the best of them all Was sweet but had a salty taste but in a good way. J
