Honestly, very much overrated for the absolutely astronomical prices. Don't get me wrong, if you want atmosphere and a decent place to dine-in and eat it, that'll be the only positive things I can say about this establishment. Everything else does fall far short of good. Staff were nice but you could visibly see them get frustrated in preparing and making your order, which I get it, it's fast food but it's very odd to see adults throw fits while cooking. On Thursday 1/15/26 at 610pm I placed an order on the five guy app, as I have done several times in the past with zero issues. Always good food. The app said ready in 7-12 min, I arrived about 620pm, proceeded to the pick up counter. Yes they appeared busy, but it’s never been an issue in the past, never waited more than 10 min before. So I waited about 1/2 hr before I went to the young man working the register, he was courteous, and asked a young lady who appeared to be either a manager or supervisor, and she was very visibly overwhelmed. Best run 5 guys I've been to! Employees actually multitasking, not trying to only take care of one order at a time and screwing customers over. We paid, pored our drinks, found a seat, then as we were sitting they called our number. Fast, we'll prepared, and correct!
