Naomi was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She made sure everything was right and gave excellent service the entire time. Naomi is very sweet, even when the place gets packed. She’s very composed. And she’s proactive. She offered to dispose our tray while we’re finishing up. Normally workers try to avoid direct contact with customers. Any place would be lucky to have her on board. It’s very odd, though, that the manager/shift leader allows workers to bring in their electric bikes. And any boss-employee matter should be discussed behind closed doors; not in front of customers.
