I had an absolutely awful experience at this location. I ordered a burger with no tomato, but what I actually received was much worse: I took two bites before realizing there was no meat in the burger at all. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they were neither helpful nor respectful. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, the employees literally laughed at the situation. Came here today (4/24 at 3:07 PM), and it was one of the worst experiences we’ve had at this location—surprising, since we’re frequent customers and it’s usually clean and attentive. Today, tables were all messy, a drink spill sat on the floor for a while, and the drink machines weren’t properly stocked. I do want to recognize Matteo. I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the incredible service I received. We were on a long road trip at an invitational and called in an order for our hungry wrestling students. Our students were greatly appreciative of the fast service. Despite the high volume, your team handled our orders with impressive speed and efficiency, Wow! This location used to be great, but that has changed in the last few weeks. Of the last three visits, twice they have messed up the order - no toppins when order was extra, no cheese when cheese was paid for. The third, the service was terrible, with four members of the staff all aware and ignoring me.
