No wonder there was no one in the drive thru and the sign wasn’t on. The service was ok, but the food was terrible! If i didn’t live 20 minutes away I would have brought the garbage back. The fries tasted as if they were several hours old. The sandwich was equally disgusting. It was cold meat and was hard parts in it. Wasn’t able to eat it. This will make me start checking my order more thoroughly if I ever go back. It’s a shame you pay 15-20 dollars on a meal, just for folks not wanting to work or to do even a decent job, making the meal. Oh well , I was able to drink the drink.

Jarod Noel greeted us so sweetly as he was cleaning the front of the restaurant. Which was the cleanest I have ever seen. He came straight to the cash register to take our orders. He was so helpful and kind. The backline Jeremy Gross did an excellent job preparing our food quickly and was very delicious. The young lady in the drive through Madison Myles and the assistant manager Rosie Collie both came to the front to help Jarod get our order bagged promptly and properly making sure we had all we needed. I Went to the Arby's in Horn Lake, 712 DeSoto Cove, 38637 I ordered 2 Chopped Brisket Sandwiches and 1 Crispy Chicken Meal, Spent $34.30 for Absolutely NOTHING!!!!! THE BRISKET SANDWICHES WERE BURNT AND THE CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH WAS COLD AND SOGGY, THE FRIES WERE OLD AND THEIR COKE NEEDED TO BE CHANGED. I called to speak with a Manager and she did come to the phone but Swore All Of Our Food was Fresh. This was by far The Worst Experience I've ever had at ARBY'S
