Jazz was great, she answered all my questions about the steaks and was knowledgeable. I ended up getting the ribeye, shrimp and an old fashioned!! Steak came out perfect medium and the correct temperature, the old fashioned? Lemme say if i didn't have to work tomorrow I'd be ordering more!! A pleasant experience and thank you Jazz!! Will be back!!

I had to cancel my order after my salad came out with a crouton in it. I suffer from Celiac disease (Gluten Allergy). I didn't trust the kitchen to make my food properly and with caution. The staff did not seem to understand or know how to handle a person with an allergy 's food. My 2 other dining companions food took a long time to come out even after canceling my order. 2 managers did speak with me to apologize and offered my dining companion an upgrade on dessert. They did offer me my dinner, but I declined because I didn't want to get sicker. This was my second time ever visiting Outba
