Usually this location is less than subpar for me. But the last time i went was great. I was exhausted from doubling all valentines weekend, and Teleah’s (sorry if i misspelled 🙏) mood and personality gave me a nice reset. Its always hard to find somewhere that the employees dont make you feel like an inconvenience for just existing. But she was able to flip night just on personality alone 🥺❤️

Only giving 2 stars because the lunch shift ladies are actually awesome. The morning crew, however, manages to mess something up every single time I come through. My order is literally THREE items, including a drink, with zero modifications other than asking for breakfast salsa packets, which shouldn’t require a team meeting to figure out. Yet somehow there’s always something missing, wrong, or forgotten. Let’s get real this is Taco Bell, not a science lab. Taco bell fort st Southgate people working on may 1 2026 at 530 pm and I had to wait 45 minutes for service after I placed my order on the kiosk machine then another 15 minutes for 4 tacos and 4 burritos. At a total of 32. Dollars i would have been better off going to a full service Mexican restaurant.
