Normally, this location is my favorite Tim Hortons location to go to. They usually have the best, quickest service of the Tim Hortons in the area. This morning, however, I was quite disappointed. I ordered a large caramel latte to go with my bagel breakfast sandwich. When I arrived at work I thought the cup felt a bit light for a cup of coffee that I hadn't taken a drink from yet. When I walked in and arrived at my desk I removed the lid to check and was quite upset to find only about 3/4 of the cup filled. For the amount a latte costs I would expect a full cup. TERRIBLE customer service. The lobby was closed well after it was due to open. I called to see if they just forgot to unlock the door. They said no and I suggested they hang a sign. I was hung up on. Against my better judgment I joined the drive thru line again and when I got my order I suggested to the person at the drive thru window to hang a sign. She shut the door in my face. TERRIBLE customer service, do not recommend. 0 stars.

I have multiple Tim Hortons near me and I prefer this one. Always nice and fast and orders right. We got coffees and breakfast sandwiches on croissants and they were good!

Horrible customer service this visit Jan 25th 26 Im a regular every Sunday customer aside from a missing item every once in a while, the service has been excellent until this day. The drive thru girl w/glasses was super rude & plain miserable, I came through just after 10 am. I always spend between 13$-15$ & always tip. Do better young lady.
