Girl took the order and brought the food out. Was kind of rude. Ordered the spicy original chicken sandwich. Chicken was rubbery not very much spicy sauce ordered a large fry and they didn’t even fill the fry box up. It’s been quite a while several years since I’ve been to KFC, never will I go back again rubbery chicken? Wonder what kind of fricking meat they’re using.🤮

I ordered a meal that came with chicken tenders. Tenders were delicious 😋. It also came with fried mash potato popers not very tasty. It also came with French fries but I didn't want double potatoes I would have preferred coleslaw. The young lady told me no substitutes. Now I worked in restaurants when I was younger for probably about 13 years total. I was always told give the customer what they want. Make it happen. They could have even changed me a bit more if needed. Customer service has seriously taken a huge drop in the last 10 years or so. I also ordered some apple poppers they were nas
