Super disappointed after reading amazing reviews online. When I arrived to pick up my to go order I went through the drive threw to pick up the order, as I received the first half of the order I asked the woman working the window (Jamine) if I could have some butter for the biscuits because it wasn’t available online to select it. She gave pushed back stating if you put it on the order it is in the bag. Okay great, thank you I said. I think we overwhelmed them. It was just my family, after a small reunion, a total of 9 adults and 2 kids, 2 infants. We were the only people in the store at the time. We ordered 2 family meals. They did their very best to take care of us and fulfill our order with only minimal delay.

The food is Delicious, during Every single visit!!! And, as of late, I’ve especially been enjoying the new Mike’s Hot Honey biscuits, the fried chicken, the mashed potatoes, their “dirty drinks” (with vanilla cream added), and all their new yummy dipping sauces! The service is also Really top notch! All of the staff work very hard, with diligence and teamwork, and keep busy. The managers and team members are all always so pleasant, personable, kind, friendly, professional, and welcoming! And the General Manager, Juliana, and Assistant/Shift Manager, Andrew, are both Such gems and sweethearts!

Ordered 12 piece nugget and there were 11 pieces but 4 of the 11 weren’t even nuggets. They were like scrap batter pieces with basically no chicken in them. The bottom right is what I would consider a still small nugget about the size of a quarter but the others were even smaller than that.
