Just like many other fast food places, we don't go there for the atmosphere, but for the service it was really good. Got the food fast, lady asked us politely about our order, and when food was handed over... all food was hot, handled quickly, and it was delicious.

Disgusting and sloppy people here making your food. Look at my not so Royal wrap. Dried chicken, barely any lettuce and gross sauce. Would not recommend. AVOID AT ALL COST!

7/3/26 ordered 2 whopper meals. Got home and the whoppers and fries were hot and fresh. A great meal. What and improvement. Tasted better than Carls and Wendys. Love the improvement in service and food quality. We will be back. 4/11/26 update. Service has got worse. Drive thru very slow and was the only car. Took forever to come on intercom. I asked for two whoppers one with no opinions and pickles. Get home and what did I have onions and pickles. Order medium fries and I swear the are small. The whopper now looks like the whopper Jr. I will stick to Carls Jr. Way more value for the

Order pickup at this restaurant, when we arrived the lobby was locked forcing us to go through the drive thru. We had to wait for over thirty minutes to drive away without our order. Don't waste your time or money here
