This location on pines I’ve always have issues with the food! Either missing teams or the soda is low on flavor. This was my last straw tonight! I get the same thing, just the ultimate cheese burger. And of course something always is wrong… this time my ultimate cheese burger only had one patty and a ton of cheese! I was confused nonetheless… very disappointed especially as a hungry pregnant lady! Still tasted fine though… I’ll just go to the location on Sullivan instead! Never had issues at that location so far and the people are pretty chill too.

This morning I stopped in to pick up an Uber order. The lobby was closed and the drive through told me to wait in the parking lot for the kitchen to prepare the order. I just thought they were totally cool and did everything according to what was expected to get the job done. I wasn't asking for a miracle or a cure for the common cold, and I'm not much of a needy person., but thankful instead. Thanks Jack-n-the-Box for being such a totally awesome bunch.

I toasted “sourdough Jack” with ketchup only? Who does that? Husband said they acted irritated that he was waiting for his take out order. So they didn’t cook the sandwich properly and smashed the fries into a block.
