This used to be my favorite location to visit because the service and food was always on point. I barely go here now bc of issues with my order. I used to always get the hickory salmon but I switched to the steak. I would always ask for sirloin bc their ribeye is tough to me. A few occasions they would give me ribeye instead of sirloin and sometimes had it rung up incorrectly.I ordered the steak for dinner as usual and when I got my order and look in the bag, I knew it was a ribeye. I had a great experience at Ruby Tuesday thanks to Cherry! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks stayed full and that we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made our meal even more enjoyable. Cherry went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and I truly appreciate her hard work. Tired from traveling and most of the Ruby Tuesday's in our area have closed down we decided to try it. Upon walking in there were only 4 tables that were sat, and six people at the bar. Look like there were two servers on and one Bar person. We were seated in a table by the bar. It took a good 12 minutes for him to come out and take our drink order. By that point we already knew what we wanted so we ordered. 45m later our food came out! The tables that were sat when we got there 3 had food when we walked in and the other table got his 5 min after we sat, so I'm not really sure what was goin

Ruby Tuesday’s y’all should be ashamed of your selfs for the absolutely disgusting order I received! I ordered mine online from here the quesadillas they were all burnt. The cheese was old and hard. Y’all really should be shut down! I had to throw it in the garbage where it belongs! Won’t ever order from here again. Absolute waste of money.
