Looking for a place to eat in Vegas that didn't have a 45-minute wait. Found this gem of a brew-pub with great food and a wonderful waitress. The bartender picked my 2 beers for me (1-IPA & 1-Porter) and our kid picked our appetizers (Deep Fried Pickles - BEST we have ever had - and wings) we shared a pastrami sandwich (the Fresno peppers 🌶 had a little kick) and mom had a badass burger 🍔 😋 Our waitress picked my to-go 4-pack of craft beers. It was our most enjoyable meal in Vegas this week!!

Restaurant Week was the spur to finally visit 595 Craft and Kitchen. Three courses, $40, lunch or dinner. Regular menu prices in parentheses where applicable. First Course choice Fried Deviled Eggs ($12): Two eggs, halved, evenly breaded and fried to a crispy golden brown, with seasoned whipped yolk piped high. Came with a mild spicy aioli. Delicious. Second Course choice Lomo Saltado*: The fries, the beef! Whole package an intense flavor bomb. Hidden Gem for a REAL bar & kitchen combo! I came around 7pm for a solo adventure dinner & was well pleased! Off the bat, the ambiance is decorated and fun! The bar was 90% full and while I was struggling to see if there was a single seat welcoming for me to sit, the bartender unfortunately didn’t welcome me or help me in my decision on where to sit. I did find a cute seat in the main seating area and was welcomed graciously by Lexi! Since I was new to the area and the location I asked what she preferred between 2 food items & 2 drinks & her recommendations were definitely not regrettable!!

10/10 spot. Chefs are amazing. Bar is even better. Surprised I haven’t reviewed this place yet as we have been coming here since 2022 when we bought our house nearby. We have never had a bad meal here and I would recommend it to anyone. Pastrami sando is bomb, pork belly tacos slap, lomo Saltado is to die for. Additionally, we bring our 2 year old with us and they are super sweet to him.
