I’m not sure if it’s a staffing change or the new two lane set up, but this location has been slacking. It’s Chic Fil-A, we expect it to be busy but it gets to a point where it’s the staff. It wasn’t like this a few years ago when they still had curbside pickup. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, prepare to wait a crazy amount of time. Especially in the second lane. The location on Spring Stuebner is much more efficient

Food was what you’d expect from Chick-fil-A — fresh, consistent, and no complaints there. The frustrating part was the drive-thru experience this time. We ended up stuck behind 1 car for probably 10+ minutes because it seemed like they were having payment issues, and since the lane traps you in, there was no way to get around. It felt like the situation could’ve been handled better by having someone come take orders outside or directing cars around so the entire line didn’t get held up by 1 vehicle. This has been consistent for the past few years, every time I order from this place there is something missing. Today I purchased #1 combo large with an extra chicken sandwich by itself, the system was having issues taking my card and when I arrived to the window they were about to give me the food for free on accident until I said something about it. When I paid and they gave me the food back I didn’t notice until I got home that they forgot my fries. In the past many other things have been missing from salad dressing, sauces, and even drinks.
