Can the employees working tonight (3/18 745pm on Thompson in Springdale) please teach a class on how to not only cook food, do it perfectly & do it quickly!? HOLY MOLY that was hands down the most perfect Mexican pizza I have ever had my entire life! I need them to come to train the ones in Bentonville or Pea Ridge because they just set a standard for me!!! I would eat TB more often it always tasted like that! Thx S'dale Thompson crew! AMAZING!

not even a big taco bell fan but this food was amazing, crispy, tasty, and delicious! service was top tier, all employees were nice and offered all that i needed to enjoy my food…they’re all nice people and they’re all also baddies. the manager(maria) is by far a very good manager, very chill along with the other managers as well! 10/10 if you ask me 😁 def coming back

I was really disappointed with my experience at this location. The manager, Maria, came across as having a negative attitude toward customers. When I asked a simple question about my order, she responded in a dismissive tone and didn’t seem interested in helping. It made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Customer service is a big part of why people return to a restaurant, and unfortunately this experience didn’t meet expectations. I hope management takes feedback seriously and works on creating a more respectful and friendly atmosphere for customers. The rest of the staff act
