All in all the food was good to me. Was my first time ever eating at a Whataburger. I liked the fries & the burger. I got a bacon cheeseburger as did my daughter.. They forgot the bacon on both of them. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Took awhile for the food to be ready but we did order 4 meals at once.

This place is great! The food is wonderful and our order is always accurate. The most amazing thing about this place is a gentleman named David. He’s helped me the last several trips I’ve made here. He’s such a ray of sunshine! It’s impossible to be in a bad mood around him. He also goes above and beyond for his customers. It’s employees like him that will keep me coming back to this location.

Same complaints as all the other reviews, i don't understand how it takes 15 minutes to make an order even when there's no one else in front of you! It's the same with every location, seems they hire the slowest moving people to work there. And to top it all off, i ask for no onions and they still forget to leave them off. Braums has the best burgers but the shittiest fries, if they adopt whataburgers fries itd be game over

Waited over 20 minutes for our order. Then they tell us oh sorry we are out of ketchup. Didn't offer to tell us or the other customers before we all ordered. They had a sign saying out of fries but I guess it was to hard for them to write and ketchup not to mention my lettuce was black, clearly not good. Definitely not the best customer experience I have had at a Whataburger.
