I ordered a regular iced coffee and I waited 15 minutes. The two workers were in the back talking and acted like my order didnt even go through. Finally I went up to get their attention and they didnt even pick up the order receipt until I said something. I get I was the only person in the store but no one should have to wait that long for a coffee.

Got our Taco Bell fix. Hit the spot. *Extremely* generous with the hot sauce packets. Received 102 packets with our 3-person order (see photo). We often receive more hot sauce than we need at other locations, but this has to be a record.

Ignored me and my fiance when we asked where our food was after waiting 15 minutes it was four items. I get people come through drive thru I worked fast food for four years, I understand sometimes you're under staffed but to ignore someone completely is unexceptable, take out your airpods and learn to use proper customer service, I believe y'all can improve so we'll probably come back but please do some retraining. The picture below was supposed to be a hard shell taco 🙄
