Panda Express in Waldorf, Maryland, hit the spot for my Chinese food cravings. I wasn’t in the mood for a full sit-down experience with a waiter, so grabbing something fast yet flavorful from Panda Express was the perfect choice. From the moment I walked in, the service stood out — quick, friendly, and efficient. One nice touch was that they had pre-made drinks chilling on ice, which sped up the ordering process even more. I placed an order for delivery at 2pm....it's almost 4 now and I can't get ahold of anyone at the store. I called the 1800 number who told me around 3:20 that my order was showing in process and about to be delivered. I called guest relations again and was on hold for 10 minutes before getting someone who apologized and told me my order was canceled even though i got zero notifications or phone calls. They gave me a coupon for a free plate....after waiting 2 hours and going through all of this. If I could give zero stars for customer service I'd give them less.

The service is very good/friently and if they've run out of a certain dish, they're always happy to make more. Entrees always taste good, with fresh ingredients and vegetables. It's served hot, huge portion sizes with plenty of choices. There are also appetizers, fountain drinks as well as bottled drinks. This restaurant is extremely clean and so are the bathrooms. There is on-street free parking in the front and a huge free parking lot at the back. I highly recommend this restaurant and will go back again and again.

Disgusted!! I’m not sure how you could make someone’s food and put what looks to be molded shrimp! Please zoom in to these photos!! I am highly disappointed, because for years I’ve eaten from this exact location with minimum issues! I’m not sure if here lately they are under new management or what but it continues to get worse! Before I made my way to see these shrimp, there was a burnt, black hard shrimp on top! Which I attempted to overlooked and tossed out prior to taking these photos! Then I discovered the rest of my shrimp which looked hard and over cooked as well and had these white spot
