1-Star Review – Quality + Service Has Gone Way Down I ordered a large iced caramel coffee with three creams, three sugars, and whipped cream — but what I got was absolutely terrible. The drink tasted like watered-down coffee that had been sitting in ice all day. There was no caramel flavor, the sugar sank to the bottom, and overall it felt like I was just drinking flavored ice water. On top of that, a 10-minute wait for a drink is insane, especially when I placed a mobile order before leaving my house. I live 10 minutes away — so I timed it perfectly. The place was redone a while back. It was clean and nice with a friendly staff. Now the staff is rude and I have been in several times with other people only to see flies on the few donut options they have. It went from a busy place most of the day to being not very busy when ever you go I would guess because people don't like flies on their food. Staff does little to nothing about it. Heck I watched them swat a fly off a donut then serve it to someone shortly after as it was the last of that kind. Plenty of other Dunkin spot around that are clean with a nicer staff.
