Seems like this location has lots of bad reviews but not the case for us. We stopped by on our way thru town prob around 10:30pm or so. Parking lot pretty much empty and not many people around even though it’s a college area. We had a mobile order that came out quickly. Food was hot and fresh and there were plenty of fries.

I visited here a few days ago with my husband. Since it was our first time, we were a bit confused about how to order, and we didn’t ask the staff for help. So, the burger we got was just the bun and patty, with no toppings. It was a funny experience. The plain burger, coke, and fries cost around $20, which is quite pricey, but fortunately, it was delicious.

Very pleased with this Five Guys location near Penn State University. This was definitely a five star because of several reasons. For one, the location is very well maintained and clean. The staff and service were excellent. It was the first time that I ever saw a staff member actually shape the toppings on the burger to fit the burger. Meaning if the bacon was too long, she snapped the bacon and layer the remaining piece on top. Great attention to detail on a burger! The drink machine was good, however one machine had no ice.
