I completely understand fast food is where kids usually start their working lives but for the love of god teach them to count, teach them to read, teach them basic comprehension skills or don’t employ them! If YALL are out of large cups and I settle for a medium that does not mean it should be assumed I want to be up charged for a large fry with that medium meal…if anything I should be getting a complementary large fry for the inconvenience but it definitely shouldn’t be assumed I want to be upcharged. Bare minimum it should be offered.

There was 2 drive through windows I was in the outside lane person said they’ll be with me in a minute. Took the order of the inside lane and 2 more cars afterwards never got my order had to go inside to order than guess what order was wrong both whoppers no lettuce tomato ketchup mayonnaise mustard plus still had to wait. Very poor service all the way around
