Sheetz is my go to place! Stopped by this one while driving through Statesville coming back from California and was so excited to be near home and in a Sheetz! WOW, what a mess! You can tell the long term negligence to cleanliness, stocking and taking care of the place. Spilled messes everywhere on the counters and even on product stocked for sale. Ice cream machines apart and left missing pieces and closed. Shelves and coolers empty, trash on floors and all over in parking lot too!!!! This is an embarrassing example of a Sheetz!!!! Amazing service. After stoping for gas someone ended up putting un-leaded gas in our diesel car. After a scramble with AAA we haw a tow truck with an eta of 4 hours. With us stuck next to the pump an employee ended up coming out of the store and helping us push the car to an out of the way spot. After that the employees inside gave us 10/10 service with us getting food and drinks all while being super polite while we waited for the tow truck. Sheetz has earned a customer for life, would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Around 7:30pm today, I sadly got a flat tire after I ordered online on door dash. Door dash said I couldn’t do anything but either just get the cold food whenever I can or eat the money I just spent and get a $0 refund. So instead, I decided to call the store to hopefully get something out of this and they said to talk to the manager on duty when I get there. Once I got to the store an hour later, I told the manager on duty about what happened and she graciously remade all of our food. Give everyone at this gas station tonight a raise and a promotion.
