Very disappointing experience I was really looking forward to my order from &pizza, but this experience was a huge letdown. The box had my name and the correct topping choices printed clearly on the sticker — but when I opened it, the pizza inside was completely wrong. It was a meat pizza, not even close to what I ordered. I’ve been sustaining from eating meat, so this wasn’t just a small mix-up — it meant I couldn’t eat my meal at all. Having heard the story of &pizza for many years but only able to go in airports, it was great to go to a standalone store! It loved up to the hype for me. Had a great Hawaiian pizza and a root beer. Everything throughout the process was executed well and the meal was excellent! Would definitely recommend it for a quick meal on the go.
