Sometimes I go here because they seem to have a decent meat selection and good prices on that. But today I came in for the best root beer. There is, yes, yes, I know Point Root beer is very very good and I agree it's the best.... Of all the rest 🙂 but the very best one is 1919. It would be nice if they sold it in cases, and those pony kegs I love! And I've also seen they now have some sugar-free varieties which actually tasted about 97% as good as the original. But for now, I was glad that on this day they did have it in the cans. Thank you thank you!

Our go-to grocery store. The pharmacy is also amazing. We previously used CVS but Metro Market pharmacy is a huge upgrade for us. And they're always friendly and helpful.

The employees overall are really wonderful. However, when I attempt to purchase items that are on sale, at least a third of the time those items do not ring up at the sale price on the register. If Kroger/Metro really wanted to correct this problem, the correct/sale price would ring up automatically when the item is scanned if the user has entered their frequent shopper number. However, many sale prices only ring up after hitting the "Finish/Pay" button, making it more difficult to see which items have been discounted and making the system less transparent. Do better, Kroger.

They have such a delicious array of not-so-common baked goods. Today I found morning buns! They’re kind of like a cinnamon roll + elephant ear. Yum! The only remark that made me give this store less than a perfect score is the failure for the vendors to check expiration dates. I CONSTANTLY find bread, cheese, etc. on the shelf that’s past due, due that day or the next.
