This is my second time at Urbane and I’ve had great experiences both times. The sandwiches are good and with the side salad I think the quality and quantity for what you get is great for the price. I ordered on the website it was easy to use and my order was ready when I got there. Also they have Diet Coke and Coke so it’s not just speciality sodas like it says online, which I was very excited about.

Urban Cafe food is great. I usually tip if im staying and have to be served at any place. I dont tip if its take out. Im not being served not taking up space or giving extra work. Every time I come here I do take out. The food is amazing but very expensive easy spend 60 bucks for a family of 4. I've noticed that when ringing me up they look at the receipt. If I don't tip the right amount they think is okay. They forget food. They forget cutlery. They dont give me a number. For that reason I never go back and say hey you forgot this or this isn't what I ordered because the staff is already deci

Had a great experience at Urbane Cafe. The food was excellent—we tried the chimichurri steak sandwich and the cheese pizza, and both were spot on. The steak was flavorful and perfectly balanced, and the pizza had that simple, clean taste done really well. What really stood out though was the service. Alejandro, the assistant manager, was phenomenal. Super attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out right. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience. Definitely coming back.

Every time I come to this location, I always get exceptional service. As soon as you walk in the door you’re greeted with a “Welcome” from everyone behind the counter. The service is always quick and food always delicious. Asia, the manager, is very friendly and always has great recommendations. Thanks for the cookie!! 🍪
