I dined at this Wendy’s 2 weeks ago. While there I asked Adam the shift manager about leaving my car there while walking to my daughter’s hooding ceremony and graduation 2 weeks later. He said that is fine since they don’t start towing cars until 2 am. Today I parked there at 12:30 to attend my daughter’s college graduation. I came back at about 6:00 pm, same day, car there for less than 6 hours to find it gone. Adam was working. I asked about our previous convo 2 weeks ago and he gave me a funny look to say oh yeah we didn’t know so had it towed. I reminded him of our convo that he remembers

I just want to take the time to say I hope you give the young Hispanic man with the hazel eyes a chance. He rang my food up wrong but I ate what I was given any way. I had an issue with the cheese not being melted on a baconator fry and what could have been a lesson, was more of a scorn from the I assume manager on duty. Not everyone is a fast learner. You didn’t have one car in your drive thru, you could have assisted him in making sure orders are being rang up correctly, and correct him with out the horrible tone of your voice. 3 staff members on duty right now and the two of yall hateful se
