05/04/2026 This was my first time at Burger. Never will I ever return to this location. Food was disgusting. Facility is Nasty and they also did not have anything to drink because they drink machine was all out.

I love Burger King but this one is my 3 time coming here,Just warning you if you have time to waste to wait in line to order your food and then only to wait in line again i’m talking about the drive-through which is supposed to be fast Lane at the window to wait for your food a second time this is the place for you smh. 730 and they don’t even have sweet tea ready to serve. I won’t be coming back here.

Surprisingly at 8:30 p.m. on a Monday night I received great service from this location. It’s always a hit or miss with this location(if you know, you know). The customer service was great and my food was hot, including the fries. Great job Panola Road. Let’s just work on consistency.

I just moved to Lithonia from the west side of Atlanta. I don’t frequent Burger Kings often. However today I decided to stop and grab a quick burger for lunch. Gina at the drive thru window was very courteous and accommodating. This was the first time I have ever experienced such amazing customer service at a Burger King drive thru! Thank you Gina!
