Im in the medical field - i just came off a 12hr shift and sat through the drive-thru because it’s quicker normally and i have a headache. i get a simple order - a salad, large fries and a cookie. i pull up to the window after placing my order and the girl hands me a big bag and says you’re all set! so i start to drive off thinking there’s no way they could mess up the simplest order possible. something tells me to check my bag as i'm about to pull onto the street from the drive-thru cause i did Not want to have to come back. I stopped at this Wendy’s today to grab my usual… Dave’s single cheeseburger and a small order of French fries. Everything was good. The young lady that helped me was nice and polite. Everything was great as expected again as per usual with any/most Wendy’s restaurants I have been to thus far.

In hindsight I know they get busy but I had waited 25 minutes to get my food after ordering which wasn’t a big deal had of the order been correct the employee didn’t give me my receipt and additionally When I did get the food I checked the bag and had this ain’t right I ordered chicken tenders not nuggets and the employee that was there that hadn’t taken the order I had explained to there was an issue had said well I didn’t take your order so you’ll have to get in line to get chicken tenders yeah sure I’ll get in line with 8 customers waiting to order when I had already ordered and they screwe

No one greeted us because they were too busy yelling at each other in the back, we ended up just leaving. Crazy.
