I am so disappointed with this Dunkin. To give context, I am a Dunkin FAN. I absolutely love it. However, what is this? Not only did we wait forever in the drive through, with no one in front or behind us, but then our drink was not filled or had ice??? I will not be coming here again and I am so disappointed. I would like for someone to make this right.

I am highly disgusted. so before making your sandwiches you don’t check to make sure nothing is moldy?? Indian dude don’t even care. so sad.

They refused to make a drink without ice. The drink they would let us order was half full and much if it was foam. Essentially they charged us for a large and gave us a small. Will not be returning.

Most Beautiful Large Modern Location Ever. Should be a model for all. Also, Top Notch service from a Young Man named Aqueel. I had a Dunkin Card on Apple Walker that said it had $12, but when scanned it came up Zero. My order was $8 or so, he comped me without having to ask. That is the meaning of Customer Service & A memorable experience where I have the kids name & It’s worthy of mention. Hey Corporate, Give this kid a raise and his own location. One last thing, And I’m not exaggerating & truly w/o bias: Aqueel made the best damn cappuccino I ever got at a DD. And even the donuts were the b
