Excellent service and well prepared food! I’ve only ever gone to this City Barbecue location because it is the most consistent in the area in terms of cleanliness, food preparation, and positive employee interactions. I came in towards the end of the day, and was helped by Robert and Abby. They were both a class-act and pleasant to speak with while my order was prepared. The ribs were great! Very well prepared, and not overdone.

They never, ever, ever have turkey available. It’s 6 pm on a Saturday. Sold out. We stopped going to the store in Medina for the same reason. Food is good but insanely unreliable. Somebody fell asleep in economics class.

I had a take out delivery, I was waiting for 20 minutes, my husband had to do inside grab OUR CURBSIDE ORDER. He said they were just talking and standing around, what’s the point of a curbside order? Do they understand the concept of curbside? On my first trimester I don’t have the energy to get off my car and pick up my own curbside. I barely wanted to come out today Never coming back here. I would rather go to Avon they have better customer service.

We haven’t been her in a little while, but tonight we stopped in and was helped by Kaitlin and the food was great! Nashville hot chicken and beef brisket sandwiches are our favorite. Banana pudding for dessert!
