I just went to this Taco Bell. It's a Sunday night. We were waiting in the drive thru for a good while, when a gentleman came out and announced to the line of waiting cars that they only had two people working at the moment and that's why the line is moving so slow. Alright, no problem. We appreciated the info as to the wait. We get through the line, get our food, oh my goodness. Everything was absolutely amazing! It was 100000% worth the wait. I'm only leaving a review because this has happened twice in a week. Ordered the grilled cheese burrito, burnt on both sides. I called and they just said "sorry that happened." They also had the doordash driver waiting for over an hour. Not good.

Slowest workers you will find literally from any fast food place ANYWHERE. These workers just sit around while the drive through line doesn’t move. I’ve sat in line for over 45 minutes on multiple occasions. As soon as I get to the window there’s nobody working. Some kind of serious management issue going on here particularly at night. The cherry on top is this place offers no rewards or promotions. Quite frankly corporate should shut this place down as the owners just don’t give a damn.

I ordered my meal 12:34 when I reach there to pick up my order they said we didn’t accept your order and talked really hard and roughly….. and start arguing about ordered items and said if you want order then order again when I went to Window for order nobody respond back there I just left as it is and this is second. Time they did
