Barbara W★★★★★For me it's a beautiful drive over to the Amish Market. I always purchase donuts from Aunt Martha's Donut Shop. Sometimes there is a line but well worth the wait. Also, buy a pecan roll from Cora's Cookies & Such, best I've ever had. Freeze well, so buy two. Restaurant inside and a seating area if you purchase from the booths. The Pretzel Sammy's are excellent and egg salad from another booth. Bulk food shop has lots to offer and the meat market must have 8 different types of bacon. BBQ, produce, jams , candy and so much more including an incredible furniture shop that has all hand-made produ
Ralph Fajack★★★★★Saturday well spent at the Amish Market on South Avenue — and let me tell you, walking in hungry is a rookie mistake. That place turns grown adults into wide-eyed kids in a bakery aisle real fast. Had a nice little lunch with the in-laws, took a lap around the market, and somehow a dozen donuts “accidentally” followed me home. Dangerous purchase? Absolutely. But I’ll show great restraint… one or two this weekend and the rest heading to work (because sharing calories makes them disappear, right?). It’s beautiful out there today — perfect excuse to slow down, enjoy the weather, and reset a lit
Etta Miller★★★★★Great store. Just about everything you could ask for. We got bread, cookies, fresh veggies, lunch, deli food, popcorn, and noodles. Every store is separate. Check out where you buy. Carts are available for use. I have trouble walking for long periods of time. There were plenty of places to stop and take a break. We didn't go through the furniture section. We ate at the BBQ place. The ribs were fall of the bone and tasty. My chicken tenders were moist and tender. The Mac and cheese was delicious. Store is only open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Traci Chewning★★★★★This place is wonderful! So many food choices from fresh cut meat, deli meat and cheese, to produce and all sorts of dry goods and baked goods. Everything is delicious and prices are not any worse than any grocery store. Many things are homemade so well worth it. The restaurant is a must too. Home cooking at it's best!
