This is the second time I’ve given them a chance and they messed up again. I ordered the Mixed Berry Yogurt Bowl on DD and got one tiny spoonful of yogurt, mostly granola, and rotten strawberries. There was even water inside the container. Completely unacceptable.Who would spend 12+ for this?!

For one it took me forever to get waited on. They walked past and did not address me for a very significant amount of time, but regardless of that the main issue is I got the Açai berry boost smoothie and found so many pieces of plastic blended up in it from what I assume was some type of label. It’s absolutely ridiculous and a health violation.

So when I walked in I was not greeted , nor did any of the girls that worked there looked happy. A lady came in and asked for her order to be remade and they did it and the lady was happy but when she left they were talking about her. So yea my drink was almost good if it didn’t taste watery with whole dates unblended in it. Needless to say I didn’t feel welcomed here & I didn’t even ask for my drink to be remade because she looked like she was already tired of working there. I won’t be back to this location but I will visit another. This was my first and last experience but don’t let this rev

This is the second time they have failed me. When you order a buffalo chicken wrap, you expect SOME chicken and not a buffalo LETTUCE wrap! I mean loaded with lettuce!!! Food service is getting out of hand, upping prices and cutting down product is unacceptable. Not a vegetable wrap!
