By far the BEST and most FRESHEST of JITB I have had in a while. They cooks prepared my food fresh and also made my meal/dinner for the night to my request. I have never had such good customer service from a fast food restaurant that actually cared about their job and service...but this spot is just 10/10.

Christmas night, it is raining outside and everyone wants to grab some food. Good experience the team working the evening shift were working hard. Kudos to all the team working that evening. Big kudos to Mickey working the front register to gather the food for the customers. Communicating to his colleagues and the customers. Jack in the box provide bonuses and extra care for this team. Good job Jack in the Box in Suisun City.

I only come here for breakfast. The hash browns are always under cooked or burnt. I almost always have to throw them away. The sandwiches are always a mess. But what got me today was a long, thick hair sticking out of my breakfast sandwich. It was cooked deep into the egg, I couldn't even pull it out and threw it away. This is not the first time at this Jack in the Box with hair in my food, but over the last month, it's gotten worse and worse there. Will not be going back there again. It's not worth it. Now I'm at work with no breakfast and $14 wasted $$$.

Food was adequate compared to other Jack in the Boxes. You don’t place order with an employee, just a machine. Employee we engaged with did not speak English. Bathroom very dirty. All thirteen tables hadn’t been cleaned even tho there were no customers.
