Ordered through DoorDash this morning. Order felt like a complete waste of time. They left half my order out for my biscuit and gravy combo. The combo I got my other meals scrambled eggs and bacon I did receive were undercooked. My chicken Florentine crepes barely had any sauce on them. And there is no option through DoorDash to request extra. Honestly really disappointed that I can’t get the same respect and service if I order it at home. 100% they are having in house plates sent back for the same thing. Never had this issue when Dorchester location was open. And for all the bs this order cam

It’s been a while since I’ve been at this location but it definitely never disappoints. Alisha was our server today and she was awesome! She greeted us upon seating was pleasant and polite and our food came out before I could even ask for cream for my coffee. Alisha and the crew were on point! One of the best experiences yet.

Ordered online for Father's Day: Ordered french toast Split decision, bread has mold on it. Obviously didn't eat it, and another part of our Ordered missing pancakes. Paid $4 for a palmful size of hashbrowns.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I came to eat and the server Raquel charge me on my card 3 times for 3 different amounts, she put in her tip of almost $18 besides the tip I had already left her, I was not notified about anything of the 3 different charges and the voids made, when I came back to the restaurant to ask an explanation and talk to the manager she said “that’s why American’s do not like Hispanic people here cause you are problematic and you stress out my clients” mind you she’s Venezuelan and the restaurant was empty and I was talking to the manager not her, she said I had a bad attitude and I
