Hanging in Sumner, WA!!! Went To Farrelli’s…Very nice waitstaff: “Ty”. Excellent Service. Food Is great. Ty is awesome. Very laid back atmosphere. I had the most amazing pizza! Award winning… According to Ty it’s called the northwest traditional and national award winner. It has Italian fennel sausage, thick, cut, pepperoni, baked basil, red pepper flakes, Galbani mozzarella and provolone finished with a drizzle of honey, cream cheese and fresh grated Parmesan. It’s amazing. It’s completely worth it. They were so nice. I wanna come back tomorrow.

Great service especially since we were there as a group from my nephews baseball team. We showed up on whim and at 7pm on a Sunday evening and only waited 10 minutes for 5 tables in same area. Incredibly fast considering. Then for 5 tables that included 11 adults and 12 kids only one teenage girl took all the orders and didn't mess up a single one. I reiterate, this teenage girl DID NOT MESS UP! She was excellent , clearly hard working, always smiling and was very attentive. Arguably the best customer service I've seen in a long time. I've come here a few times every year and it's always been good. Tonight however I had an absolutely wonderful interaction with one of your staff. I've been dealing with a health crisis with a family member and was really feeling bad. My server was amazing and at the end of my meal she asked me what I was up to for the night. I am usually a "not much" type of person but for whatever reason tonight I blurted out what I had been going through, then apologized because there was no need for me to bring her down with that. We were here for a birthday party. We ordered $500+ worth of pizza, wings, cheesy bread and sodas. I was surprised at how expensive these pizzas were for the quantity of toppings that come on them. For instance, we ordered the carnitas pizza, there was almost no meat on the pizza but the picture on the table advertising it made it look that we were getting a good amount. Half of one of our pizzas was burned, a few of us never got a refill on our soda. The staff are nice, but dress so casual for such a spendy place. I’m not sure we will be back.
