I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable service my husband and I received at your location today around noon. The drive-thru attendant was extremely rude, making us feel pressured and rushed. After paying, we were directed to a designated pickup spot but were not provided a receipt. My husband eventually went inside to retrieve it, where he witnessed the manager speaking dismissively to an elderly customer who was struggling with the kiosk. Jack is now so bad they post a price and blatantly charge you more. When confronted with the price discrepancy they Cannot Understand and just look at you with confusion and agree but do absolutely NOTHING. Class action lawsuit should stop this...did this happen to you as well?

This Jack in the Box is outstanding every time. Javier is an amazing employee and truly sets the standard for great customer service. He was friendly, professional, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The food was just as impressive—the Ultimate Cheeseburger and tacos are the best, always fresh, hot, and perfectly made. Thirty minutes in the drive through because the lobby was closed to pick up an order. Needless to say, my food was cold when I got it, of course! When I asked the gal at the window if my food was still warm, she just looked at me blankly, handed me the bag and shut the window. Ridiculous and not the first time i've had problems there.Sadly
