I have gone to this location several times as I work near there and the service has always been great. However, I went today and got their new salad on the menu I was sorely disappointed! The salad was 9, almost 10 dollars and halfway filled. Not sure if they were running low on the produces but honestly it was a huge disappointment. Giving a 1 star rating. The staff was professional.

Absolutely some of the best quick customer service I've ever had. Of course the salad is amazing but this was literally my first time in went through the drive-thru. The gal on the headset was super sweet and the young man at the pickup window was awesome. Can somebody please tell him he did such a good job for informing me and talking to me about the lemonade he gave me. I pulled in about 5:00 on Thursday. Just really good job you guys

My husband and I have been frequenting this Salad and Go for a while now but never again after today’s experience. There was a live ladybug in my salad! This is completely disgusting and unsanitary! These employees need to do better at washing the lettuce as someone can get very sick from this. To know I ate half the salad before seeing this creature crawl around is totally mind boggling. I’m done with this place altogether!

There was a specific manager when I visited this location, I believe her name was Kaydence. She is a horrible manager, respectfully. She does not know what she’s doing whatsoever. She is rude, unsanitary, and overall a nightmare. When I visited, I went thru the drive thru and there was a new employee in training and she was screaming at him, infront of me. He messed up, as it was his first few days, she was so so unprofessional about it and just so rude. With that being said, I ordered the 2 for $5 quesadillas. I opened the bag and there was only one, with barely any chicken, barely even melte
