Normally this store provides very good service. However, on 2/12/26 at around 5:30pm, I went thru the drive thru and we ordered 2 drinks. A small double chocolatey chip frappe and a medium caramel latte got. The latte they gave us was a small. When I pointed out that we ordered a medium, the lady in the window tried to argue that we ordered a small. There were two of us in the car and we both know what we ordered. Then she proceeded to tell us that, “well I only charged you far a small”, in an attempt to tell us, we should be satisfied with our order. What she SHOULD have said was, I am so sor

Absolutely One of the BEST Starbucks I have experienced. Time and time again. Service and Coffee: 5 stars. I really appreciate the drive thru does not require you to Tip by saying "it's going to ask you a question" and shoving the card reader in your face. I like to tip and they deserve it here!

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years, from back before they moved to this building. The service was excellent for many years and I can’t give a one star review for that very reason. But in the last—I’d say—year or so, the new batch of supervisors, managers and shift leads are full of themselves. The company’s policies have gotten to where every time you approach the register, you get the feeling like you’re doing something wrong. The policy about refills while you lounge there especially seems to meet with facial expressions like you’re somehow trying to take advantage or put one over

Well....have never been a big fan of Starbucks, but this particular store happened to be located centrally to meeting a friend. This store was clean and super busy. On the morning of our visit, we had trouble finding an inside seat, but a place eventually opened up so we stayed. The noise level was tolerable for conversation until a Starbuck's employee turned the volume up on the piped in music. The coffee drinks were good and the service was likewise. Would I revisit this location again? Like I said, not a big Starbucks fan, so probably not. But, it was not necessarily a "bad" experience eith
