Wow! So glad I finally stopped here after driving by so many times. I started with pear sake (terrific!), had their green curry with extra vegetables (loved the Thai eggplant) and Phad See Ewe with beef (yum). The food was delish, the staff was humble and gracious with just the right amount of attentiveness. I wasn’t in a hurry for dinner when I arrived, which is good because the food did take a while to come out, about 30 minutes from the time I was seated to the food being delivered. The food here makes me remember my Mom's cooking back in Thailand. I was lucky and had the chance to speak to Suki, the owner and Head chef. Very sweet like a sweet grandma! My friend had gluten allergy and doesn't like spice and they accommodated them well. I love my food super spicy and they spiced my food just right! True Thai spice! The decoration inside the restaurant looks good just like a museum. I will bring my date here next time. Bonus points Thai tea not too sweet. My favorite decoration is the golden statue which is a small version of the one in Thailand. Must visit! Special sho

Tonight was our first time going to Silk Thai, for a table for two we were sat very quickly, the inside of the restaurant was very much filled with passion and care, with our waiter explaining that the owner would go to Thailand once in a while and bring a piece of their home country to decorate the restaurant. (The canoe in the ceiling is apparently the same one their father had used). So to say they have an atmosphere is a bit undervaluing it. Even the bathroom was really nice!
