Second week in a row where drive through line was over 10 min (at least), at 3:45 on a Friday. 5 more min at speaker where no one greets you until you sit repeatedly saying hello! I pulled up to the window and although I had a drive thru pick up, the lady at the window made me park and go in. I like Wendy’s but I will no longer use this particular location. I will add my food was very hot and fresh.

I had such a great experience at Wendy’s. From the moment I walked in, everything felt so warm and welcoming it honestly felt like home. The environment was comfortable, the food was fresh and made just right, and the whole atmosphere was just pleasing and calm.the employees are so jolly sometimes I can’t understand them but I always come here

Every time I come to this Wendy’s that make you back up and wait til the food is ready to re approach the window to make it look like they have fast service. On top of that I arrived home and my daughter found a long hair in her burger

I love Wendy's but this location is the worst. Everytime I order, something is always wrong or missing or its cold. When I take my order, they are either rushing me to finish ordering or making me repeat my order multiple times. In addition, the first window is never open, so everything has to go the second window, which is not good. I have two separate occasions where the worker forgot to give me back my card. All of the workers care about is their money and how quickly they can get me out of the driving line. Also, inside is depressing and I refuse to go in there. They really need to start f
