Visiting from Syracuse NY and was referred to Salems by a friend and was not at all disappointed!! The wings are Amazingly good, Crispy and delicious 😋 the staff were nice and Bree (took my order) was very friendly 😊

I had a very disappointing experience at Salem’s in Tampa. The drive-thru staff appeared distracted, openly watching and laughing at Instagram videos while customers were waiting. Communication was difficult, as the employees taking orders struggled to understand basic requests, which led to my order being entered incorrectly not once, but twice. By the time I received the food, the frustration had outweighed the convenience of stopping there. Customer service felt dismissive rather than helpful, and no real effort was made to correct the mistakes professionally. The food itself was average at

I’m currently air frying my entire order after it came to me stale and cold all the cheese hard. My driver only had this meal for 20 minutes before he got to me so don’t blame it on DoorDash go to the one on Hillsboro. This one’s horrible. I spent a third of a days pay to buy this meal. ($65 for two meals delivered) I will never go to this salems again or order from them thats crazy. Stale, cold and slimey I couldnt even eat it. Its all going to the trash with my money 🤮

First time trying this place, Cashier was nice but food was horrible. No seasoning at all, Gizzards were over cooked couldnt even eat them. Fries fresh out the grease, no seasoning at all. Not even salt. Never again, waste of $10.
