I am not even going to rate anything. My husband and I had lunch on Valentine's Day 2026. It will be the LAST time we ever patronize this location. The picture speaks for itself. I have waited 3 DAYS for a manager to respond as to why there was a piece of plastic in my food. Buyer beware.

I've been a long time Apollo fan, they used to be my favorite burger and I'd stop by multiple days a week. Well I had to get healthier and it's been awhile since I've been to AB. Service is always fantastic and today's burger was good... While I might not be a regular anymore I'll still stop by a couple times a year for a good burger.

Horrible food, we came here cause we thought the food was good. We ordered 4 burgers. Each one was a different kind. Took us about 5 min to get home so the food was nice and hot still. But oh my goodness. We all started to eat and none of us got past our 2nd bite. The meat was so dry and rubbery from being overcooked that it was almost impossible to swollow it. We all had to just throw it in the garbage. We are very disappointed how bad this experience was. I do not recommend eating here at all.

I come here often and the inconsistencies with food quality sucks ... I am totally fine waiting for food that will never be an issue but when. I wait 10 min for my food for it to come out cold is not cool. Our fries where cold brown and mushy . I had asked for extra fry sauce and did not get any. Which is fine since my fries did not even get eatin. And our burgers where hard around the edges like they had been sitting for too long . Tomatoes where green and had 1 onion on our burger. Just a super sad experience 😢
